If you are as fed up as I am with being pressured by media to be a "certain size" and "perfect" number on the scale, you'll enjoy my article this week.

It seems that 2007 is not the only time in history where women were pressured to look a certain way. Not only did they starve themselves at times, women also punished their bodies with instruments of torture more commonly known as "foundation garments!"
