According to Maria, my wife, Mexicans top off their tostadas with "EVERYTHING."
One of our favorite toppings on this extremely popular and common antojito/snack is guacamole. Instead of the blended, smoother version, we prefer on our tostadas a well-textured, chunky guacamole.
