June 15 2013 Native American Newsletter

Greetings Sacred Friends,

Today, too many precious souls suffer from anxiety. Our Ancestors knew that to think too much about yesterday keeps us from enjoying what we have before us today. These short and humble articles about Native proverbs barely touch the surface of each sacred teaching.

My immediate dream is to elaborate freely on previous articles and create collections for various e-books. My current project is one inspired by the Native American Ten Commandments. Your continued prayers and well-wishes are greatly accepted!

Here's the latest article from the Native American site at BellaOnline.com.

Cherokee Proverb on Inner Turmoil
“Don’t let yesterday use up too much of today.” - Cherokee Proverb.
The same can be said about tomorrow. Keeping our thoughts tied up regretting what happened yesterday or worrying about what might happen tomorrow does indeed use up too much of today.
