Hi Guys!

A simple weekend trip turned into an adventure. As many of you know, I went to see Clay Aiken in concert in Washington, D.C.

Well, the concert was great and I will be writing more about it later this week. The trip home is where the adventure comes in. My return flights were cancelled due to high winds and weather and I ended up catching a ride back to Ohio with my husband. Jeff is a truck driver and was able to get rerouted to Virginia and pick me up. From there we went to West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Michigan, before ending in Ohio. It was fun and I have titled my adventure, "Planes, Automobiles, and Trucks”. A giant thank you to my best friend and Clay Aiken cohort, Kelly, who had no problem returning to Richmond to rescue me from the airport and make sure I could meet up with Jeff! Also, thank goodness for CSI Marathons on A&E!!!!
