A New Diagnosis of Type One Diabetes

Writing a note to the mom of a newly diagnosed son with diabetes reminded me of my own son's early days after his diagnosis. We can't see around most of the corners that a diagnosis introduces into regular life, and stories from other moms really helped me take one step at a time as well as great leaps of faith.
