Greetings!!!
I hope you had an opportunity to implement the previous steps we discussed in the last issues of this newsletter. We had some family come by and visit and were able to do some expirimental cuisine. That's when I get in the kitchen without a plan and just start with some miscellaneous ingredients and come out with a full on meal.
I'll encourage you to continue expanding your food vocabulary and experiences so that you can add to your miscellaneous pantry items and be inspired to creativity.

Contact your city hall or chamber of commerce, find out where your local farmer's market is and then frequent it.
Talk to your farmers. You will learn a lot about the produce you're about to purchase: what to look for; how to pick it; the growing seasons; and some great suggestions on how to prepare it.
