Hope everyone is having a great day!
I am Continuing the Macular degeneration information since February is MD month.
Some interesting research studies are in progress concerning the relationship between Omega3 fatty acids(oils from foods like fish or olive oil) and slowing the progression of Aged-Related Macular degeneration. All of the completed studies I have read show no ill effects of including Omega3 fatty acids in your diet either in the form of a supplement or a food in your diet but suggests a host of benefits. How much Omega3 is part of your diet? Something to think about!
