This week I'm focusing on some of the ways Pranayama (breathing) can benefit you through your Yoga practice, and getting back to basics with The Lotus and Perfect Poses. For those of you who are new to Yoga, learning these two asanas is very important as they create a starting place for many other poses, as well as sitting positions for Pranayama, and are often used for meditation/prayer time.
