This week I chose to write about a more masculine, or Yang, posture, the Warrior I. There are other variations of this particular asana, however if you do not have experience with this pose it is best to begin with the basics.
Yoga Tip Of The Week:
Make sure your practice is balanced. A balanced practice includes all three movements of the spine: forward bends, back bends and twists. You should also include shoulder and hip movements in your practice.
