This week I wanted to bring the spirit of thanks to my Yoga practice, and so my article reflects what I myself have been adding to my routine. The word "thanksgiving" is not just the name of a holiday, as the same term can be used to describe a person's attitude at any time of the year.
Regardless of whether or not you celebrate the actual holiday, giving thanks for all the wonderful aspects of your life is universal!
A Bit Of Yoga Knowledge:
Standing poses are often used as a warm-up for other asanas, and beginning a routine is common with standing poses is common. The benefits from standing poses include strengthening your legs, increasing range of motion from the hip, and improving your sense of balance.
