Good Monday, friends!
This week I'm continuing to write articles about Yoga stretching, with the latest one focusing on the arm area. December can be a very busy time, with lots of shopping, decorating and cooking, putting additional strain on our muscles. Use one or all of these exercises to help loosen up tightness and give yourself a break from your hectic schedule.
The movement in some Yoga poses massages the internal organs of the body, which improves the way they function. A stronger immune system and increased circulation are just two of the benefits this creates.
