Good Saturday, friends!
I hope everyone is enjoying a weekend full of fun and good healthy exercise! This week I'm almost finished with instructions for the Sun Salutation by writing about the Standing Back Bend. It's one of the easier asanas to learn and yet the benefits are huge. Good spinal health is vital to overall healthy of the body and the mind as well and this pose strengthens the spine and gives you an "ahh" moment after spending hours at the desk every day!
