Good Sunday friends!
The roots of Yoga are steeped in Hinduism, and yet a person does not have to be Hindu to practice and learn the asanas and the Yogic teachings. This creates a spirit of brotherhood and universal health among Yogis everywhere, and is one of the most beautiful aspects about this modality. This week my article discusses some of the important aspects about Hinduism, the Devas and Avatars. I am including articles about Yoga and Hinduism at my site in honor of the Hindu people, and as my own way of saying, "thank you", for sharing their knowledge of Yoga with the whole world.

"Hindu Devas and Avatars"
What are the Devas? What really is an avatar? Devas are gods, and an avatar goes far beyond what many of us use to represent ourselves in discussion forums.
I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. I thrive on your feedback!
Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
