Good Friday To You, Friends!
April has been an excellent month to get outdoors and practice Yoga. It makes a noticeable difference in your outlook when you spend time outside in the sun, or under the stars, whatever works best for your schedule. This week I added an instructional article for the Plank Pose. It's one of the easiest asanas to learn and one that gives your body beautiful tone, especially in the arms, back and chest, and when you work up your time, it boosts your endurance capability as well. It's a favorite of mine and I hope you all enjoy reading about it!
