Good Saturday to you, friends!
June is one of my favorite months of the year. The weather is beautiful and there's so much positive energy in the air. I'm enjoying taking my Yoga practice outdoors and I hope that you are also able to experience bringing Yoga and Nature together.
This week I published the first of many articles to come focusing on the body's chief energy points - the chakras. It's a fascinating subject that I look forward to going into more detail about in the future.
Enlightenment is the ultimate goal of any Yoga practice. To reach this state, the mind, body and spirit must be in harmony. With that in mind, we should always balance our routines between mental and physical exercises.
