I hope that this Monday finds all of you very well and happy! This week's article is in many ways all about "you" as it discusses creating your own Yoga routine. Once you've practiced Yoga for several months or longer, you should be able to make a plan of your own to follow. I suggest getting out paper and pen and writing your routine down; keep this handy in the beginning until the flow comes naturally and you have your asanas memorized.
A self-led Yoga session can be all the more rewarding when it is of your own making, and you can concentrate on those areas of your body that need more flexibility or greater strength.
