Fall is officially here and it's time to consider "cleaning out" your spirit. The start of a new season always has a fresh quality to it, and yoga can assist you in making the most of this amazing energy.

There are three areas inside the body known as Body Locks or "Bandhas". Practicing simple exercises that take minutes to perform enables you to capture life energy (Prana) and contain it within yourself, restoring youthfulness, good health and mental peace.
