On the Farm  David Elliot writes On the Farm for toddlers and early elementary children. He uses rhyming verse to describe different farm animals and their function. A great introduction to farm animals. Owen  Owen is a sweet book by Kevin Henkes. The book is about a little mouse. The mouse starts school in the fall. He is wants to take his fuzzy blanket to school. Unfortunately, he cannot bring Fuzzy with him. Find out how Owen and his parents solve this problem to everyone´s satisfaction.
(ages 4-8) Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See?  Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See? by Bill Martin is a good picture book to introduce conservation to the preschooler and kindergartener. It is never too early to explain conservation.
(ages 0-4) Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me  Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me by Eric Carle introduces lunar phases to the young reader. Monica´s father tries to fulfill his daughter´s wishes. She wants the moon. Penguin´s Special Christmas Tree  Penguin and his little friend must find the perfect tree topper. Will they find one in time to enter Santa´s contest? Children will delight in their choices in Jeannie St John Taylor´s Penguin´s Special Christmas Tree. Pirate´s Alphabet  The picture book teaches pirate´s words and terms. Travel with the pirates and learn about their world.
(ages 4-8) Poetry Speaks to Children  Use Poetry Speaks to Children to introduce poetry to children. The book and CD's poems are sure to capture the children's attention. Roar! A Christian Family Guide to the Chronicles of Narnia  Roar! A Christian Family Guide to the Chronicles Of Narnia is a great study aid when reading C. S. Lewis´The Chronicles of Narnia. Heather Kopp with husband, David Kopp, writes a lively book. Martin French´s illustrations are works of art.(all ages) Satchmo´s Blues  Alan Schroeder is the author of Satchmo´s Blues. It is a fictional account of an event in Louis Armstrong life. The book is a combination of a good story and historical facts.
(ages 8-12) Secret of Abbott´s Cave  Max Elliot Anderson, the creator of the Tweener Press Adventure Series, is back. Secret of Abbott´s Cave is an adventure book for the tween reader.
(ages 8-12) Shadows of Caesar´s Creek  Ziggy and the Black Dinosaurs are lost on a dark night. They find themselves in a canoe without the proverbial paddle. Will they reach dry land and return to the camp in Sharon M. Draper´s Shadow of Caesar´s Creek? Ages 8-12 Silly School  It is Beth´s first day of school in Marie-Louise Fitzpatrick´s picture book, Silly School. She does not want to go. A great book for the child attending school for the first time.
(ages 2-5) Sly the Sleuth and the Pet Mysteries  Sly helps her friends solve their pet mysteries in this early reader chapter book.
