Cleaning My CPAP Unit  One of the greatest struggles in having to use a CPAP is the maintenance. For me, it was just one more thing that required cleaning which made it an even greater annoyance. It is estimated that 4% of men and 2% of women are living with some form of sleep apnea. The more I talk to people the more I think these percentages are actually higher.
