“Mission Accomplished” - Navy Congratulating Its Own
Opponents of the War on Terror have perverted the meaning of President Bush’s May 1, 2003, speech announcing “Major Combat Operations in Iraq Have Ended.” They perpetuate this perversion because either they have not heard or read the entire speech, or they are simply devoted to propaganda.
