The box comes with 2 cookies for $2, so that's $1 per 1-oz cookie. You're not just getting a tiny, plain cookie though. Each cookie is rather large - its diameter is the length of a credit card. And there's a large dollop of dark chocolate on top of each cookie, adding extra flavor.
I found the texture to be great, almost like an oatmeal chocolate chip. The cookie itself is a little plain tasting, as you might imagine, but with the texture and chocolate on top the 'whole package' is quite delicious.
How about the carb impact? It's 2g of effective carbs per cookie, which is extremely low. Even people in the basic stages of starting low carb would be able to squeese this into their daily diet plans.
As a sweet treat for an afternoon with a cup of tea, this would be just right.
