Crispy Peanut Butter BallsMake homemade, crispy, chocolate peanut butter candy with this easy to prepare recipe. - 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies® cereal
- 16 oz. confectioner's sugar
- 12 oz. chocolate chips, either milk chocolate or semi-sweet
Preparation - Melt the butter in a large, heavy saucepan. Add the peanut butter and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispies® cereal and confectioner's sugar. Shape the mixture into 1" to 1-1/4" round balls. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave oven or in a double boiler. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate 3 times to form a generous chocolate coating. Let the chocolate harden completely before storing in a airtight container.
