Weight Loss For Permanent Healthy Results - Part 2

The Solution

Current research makes it absolutely clear that the healthiest diet is also the best weight loss plan you could possibly want. It basically means going back to our natural foods the way Mother Nature designed them in the first place. With whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat protein, Mother Nature can bring you back into a fit, trim, beautiful balance.

After all, our modern, highly processed, overly sweetened, high fat diet is really the product of man’s intervention with what’s natural. For instance, grains have the fiber and nutrients removed. Dairy foods are homogenized. Animals are raised to have much higher fat content. Seeds, vegetables and grains are sucked of their nutrient rich oils and these are then processed to death. The depleted, toxic oils are hydrogenated and used for deep frying. These are all killers. Plus on top of everything else, we pour on all kinds of refined sugars. Talk about overkill!

It’s not working man’s way. So, let’s go back to Mother Nature’s way – it’s the best food plan for permanent healthy results.
