Wattpad - An online library of free books of every genre you can think of, from romance to poetry, to horror, to non-fiction, and so on. The contents are mainly works from undiscovered authors/writers who seek to gain more exposure and a wider fan base.

PublicBookShelf - Another online library of free eBooks, but only in the romance genre. This genre is divided into sub-genres that include Contemporary romance, historical romance, vampire romance, and so on.

AbeBooks - -An online bookstore where you can find your favorite classics. It's a little on the costly side, but for some serious book lovers, it just might be nothing :) Just like Amazon, you can order your hard cover and have it shipped to your address, and you have 30 days to change your mind and return it (or them) if you're not completely satisfied.

Bestfree-books - A library of free eBooks by undiscovered authors who wish to share their works online with fiction lovers. A wide range of really interesting, fun reads, some quite short, others as lengthy as a full novel.

Onlinestories - Free online short stories and novellas. Enjoy some quite fascinating reads in here.

Smashwords - This is another online bookstore that's been gaining quite a vast popularity and a wide consumer usage. Just like Amazon, you can choose to publish your book through Smashwords, and as a buyer, you can browse for authors and get their works at very low prices. The very good (almost great) thing about Smashwords is that, once you purchase your eBook, you can download it in whichever format you prefer: EPUB, Mobipocket, Sony, iPad, PDF, and much more.
