As you approach each day with a loving, tender, heart, you open the way for your next adventure.



People often believe that tenderness is risky; that it may leave them vulnerable to heartache, or suffering. However, this is not the case. When you walk through your life with a tender heart, you allow yourself to be guided by your heart’s wisdom. And, you will more easily hear the loving support of your angels and guides.

When you act with tenderness, you erase any judgments that you may have previously perceived about yourself, or another. And, as you erase these judgments, you open the way to greater possibilities. 

You will then find it easier to step out of your comfort zone, and to take greater risks in your life, because your heart’s wisdom will always lead you into the next brightest version of your life.

Try this exercise:



Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and place your hand over your heart. As you continue to breath deeply, think about a moment in time that you are very grateful for. Let this moment replay in your imagination in great detail. Call forth all the appreciation you can for this moment, feeling it as deeply as you can. Then ask the angels to amp up that feeling, and make it even more powerful than you can imagine.



At this moment, your mind is in alignment with your heart’s wisdom. 

After you have practiced this exercise several times, you will be able to reach that feeling of appreciation within a few moments. You can then ask a question, and be guided by your heart’s wisdom.

You are often called to make decisions on a moment’s notice, and sometimes you don’t have more than a moment to decide between one thing or another. By practicing this appreciation exercise, you can learn to quickly, and easily, receive your answer based on your heart’s wisdom.

Trust your heart as you make choices that support your awakening, and remember that you are an infinite being in a body, with a team of cosmic companions who fully support you on your journey.
