Help!
Thursday, April 12 4:52 p.m.
"Earlier this week I died my hair blonde using an at home hair coloring, it came out too blonde so I died it back to brown, Now, three days later I decided to try to highlight my hair at home and it still came out too blonde all over. I want to die my hair back to brown now. Is it safe since it will be the fourth time this week? I do not think I can live with my hair color like this.
Can anyone help me?"

"Celia, donīt do any thing more to your hair! I tried highlighting over hair that I had made blonde once before and I had hair breaking off all over my head! Try using Keratin Protein Shampoo and Keratin Protein Conditioner. They have really helped my hair grow back."

" Oh Celia, I know how you feel! I messed up my color once and hid in the house until I finally got back to a normal color. My husband thought it was all very funny!"

" Hi Celia, Sorry to hear about your color problems. I agree with Saundra that you shouldnīt try anymore color processes on your hair. Your hair may not fall out or break off but the color may turn out a smoky or an off shade and it may be uneven because of all the work that has been done this week. I suggest you build it up with several protein/moisturizing treatments and wait a few weeks before trying any more color on it.
I understand that you may not be able to live with the color that is too blonde for that long. An option is to use a semi-permanent color glosser such as Redkenīs Shades EQ to tone the blonde to a softer, slightly darker shade. However this is a professional product and should be applied by a hairdresser. Itīs worth it and will save your hair and your sanity.
