This is a very easy project with a very elegant look.

You will need:
softflex
sterling crimp beads
clasp
crimping pliers
small silver Bali daisy spacers (I used the kind with 6 dots)
cream colored 5 mm pearls
accent color pearls (I used a strand of gorgeous light olive green ones I got at a bead show a few years ago)
5 mm fire polish beads or crystals
rose pendant
I got my rose pendant from Somerset
Silver , I was very impressed with the quality of the silver from them. It's nicely finished and they have a good selection at a wonderful prices, like most places, they sell by weight, and have approximate weights of thier silver on the website. It was about $4.00.
Figure out about how long you want your necklace to be, and cut a piece of softflex about 4 inches longer then that. Crimp on to one end of the clasp, I always use 2 crimp beads on the ends. Because the holes in pearls are drilled so small, I first put on a crystal and trimmed the end of the softflex close to crystal.Then a spacer bead, then the pearls, and started in my pattern. 3 cream pearls, spacer, accent pearl, spacer, 3 cream pearls, spacer, crystal, spacer, about 2 inches away from the middle of my necklace, I wanted more, sparkle and color, so I added a spacer, crystal, spacer, accent pearl, spacer, crystal, spacer.

However, this is only a suggestion. String them however you wish, whatever balance works for you, and repeat in reverse for the other side.
I love those little bali silver spacer beads. Only a few of them make a necklace look very professional and polished, and they look absolutely amazing with hematites and any sort of stone beads as well.
