Synthetic vitamin E is not as effective as natural vitamin E. Only about half of the synthetic vitamin E is utilized by the body.*
Food Sources:
- wheat germ oil
- eggs
- organ meats
- leafy vegetables
- nuts & seeds
- water-miscible for faster digestion and greater absorption
- deliver the entire vitamin E family (all four tocopherols and all four tocotrienols) in naturally occurring ratios
- natural vitamin E isolate
