Preparation -
Mix the lemon juice and sugar together in a large pitcher. Stir to dissolve all the sugar, then add the water. Serve over ice. Place a lemon slice on top of each glass before serving.

Cook the pureed strawberries and 1 cup water in a saucepan, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Strain the berry juice through a strainer or a food mill to remove the seeds. Pour the berry juice into the saucepan again; add the sugar and cook for a few more minutes or until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool, then pour into a large pitcher. Stir in the remaining water and the lemon juice. Chill, then pour over ice to serve.
- 5 cups water melon cubes, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup red raspberries
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
Preparation -
Place half of the watermelon, half of the raspberries and half of the water in a blender. Process on medium to high speed until smooth. Repeat with other half of those three ingredients. Strain the blended juice. Pour the strained juice into a large pitcher. Add the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until all the sugar is dissolved. Chill and serve over ice.
