Ebook Release - Exercise Basics

Exercise doesn’t always come easy. We don’t know what to do, how to start, or what are the most important guidelines to follow. In my new Ebook,“Exercise Basics” these questions are answered and much more. Through the help of BellaOnline.com I am able to offer this book to you.

Chapter 1 is about “Getting Acquainted with Exercise”. The first article in the book deals with “Starting a New Exercise Routine”. Follow the advice and you will be taking your first step towards fitness.

The next section deals with “Fitness Evaluations” and “The Exercise Prescription”. These topics go hand in hand. First you get your fitness evaluation and the information provided from these simple tests will help the Fitness Evaluator and Personal Trainer work together to build a workout program just for you.

Chapter 2 covers “The Basic Components of Exercise”. You will learn what are the “Basic Recommendations for Exercise” based on current guidelines from expert fitness organizations.

Now that you have your personal workout and know how much exercise you need you will have questions about training methods. One great training technique is covered in the section on “Measuring Your Target Heart Rate”. This article contains a great chart to help you measure your own target heart rate.

The more you learn about fitness the more vocabulary you will hear repeated. In the “Weight Loss, Fat Burning, Calorie Quiz” much of this vocabulary is explained and you learn to put it into action.

Chapter 3 will give you “Basic Exercise Tips”, which is lots of information you can use in your exercise routine. For example you will learn how “Keeping a Fitness Journal” is important and what it will do for you.

If you are working out at a gym then these sections will be of particular interest: “Develop Confidence at the Gym”; Fitness Class Guidelines”; and “Ten Tips to Keep Your Workout Safe”.

If you are interested in working out at home then you’ll want to read “Spend Less by Exercising at Home”. You will learn about various equipment ideas and how you can fit them into your home workouts.

Doing cardio burns lots of calories and included in the next section is a handy chart that tells you “Calories Burned During Aerobic Activities”. It covers the most popular forms of cardio workouts.

Chapter 4 is a section on “Exercise Facts not Fiction”. Common exercise questions are asked and reliable, fact based, answers are provided.

I hope you enjoy my Ebook, “Exercise Basics”. Follow the link below to learn how you can purchase it. Be healthy, be happy!
