I’m excited about this book in the Mr. Goo series: FAMOUS FOOD AND DELICACIES IN ASIA. This is not exactly a recipe book. It is a PICTURE BOOK. It is informational, and a feast for the eyes. You can learn about new cultures and what they eat.
Local cuisine can reflect the cultural diversity of an area – and the foods of Asia are indicative of that fact.
You might pick up a few ideas of how they cook and what spices they like to use. Mostly, you will see pictures of what the cooked food looks like and how it is served – there will be a full page layout of the food and the opposite page has the name of the dish.

Stir fried rice noodles (Thailand)
Chicken teriyaki
Prawn mee noodles
In this book you can see what these local dishes look like – get some inspiration, have a discussion, or learn - it is totally up to you how you will use and enjoy these books.
