Preparation - Grease bottom of 1 - (9" x 5" x 3" ) loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Add orange peel, orange juice and egg; stir just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread evenly into loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; run a knife between loaf and sides of pan to loosen from pan. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.
