New Year - A New Life!

Another year has gone and a new one has arrived. Now is the time to look at last year’s resolutions and ask yourself how well you have done.

If you have not completed your list, or you feel that you can do better this time around, begin planning for the coming year by making a list of changes that you want to take place in 2010. Make your list long, or short, but make certain that you put a realistic timeline on each goal.

Perhaps this year’s list is shorter than the previous year, or perhaps it is the same. Whichever it may be, start with a positive outlook.

For most people the top priority will always be weight loss, better health, or better relationships. However, do not neglect your spiritual and mental health. In order to become the person you want to be, you must balance your spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. You must place your self at the top of your resolutions list.

Make a point of rediscovering the things you feel strongly about. What causes or people inspire you to greatness?

Whether your passion is to save the world’s children from hunger and poverty or simply creating the best book club in your neighborhood - it is never too late to be inspired by an idea.

What can you do that would showcase your unique talent? Decide that in this New Year you will embrace a new change in your life and go forward in full force with confidence. Failure is not an option. Create opportunities to find a new direction. Now is the time to revive that sense of purpose that thrives in us all.

Whether your passion is to save the world’s children from hunger and poverty or simply creating the best book club in your neighborhood - it is never too late to be inspired by an idea.

Reaffirm a positive outlook on life and make a point of doing things that not only make you feel good, but also things that make you feel that you are doing something useful. It is time to make a change and look for a new direction.

Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to all!
