Spanish Tip of the month. Nieva, nueva, nueve?

Tip of the month. ¿nieve, nieva, nueve, nueva?.
Some Spanish words, having in common consonants "n" and "v", are not easy to distinguish. These words are "nieve", "nieva", "nueve", "nuevo" and "nueva".



  •  
    Nieve
    and
     
    nieva
    :
    (la) nieve = snow
    nieva (verb) = It is snowing




  •  
    Nuevo
    and
     
    nueva
    :
    nuevo (adjective, masculine) = new
    nueva (adjective, femenine) = new




  •  
    Nueve
    :
    nueve = nine

Listen to these words, memorize and use them in different sentences. This will be a good exercise to learn how and when to use them.
