Preparation- Mix the cheeses together and spread over the bottom of the pie shell. Mix the remaining ingredlents in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a preheated oven at 400º for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temp to 350º and continue baking for 35 to 40 more minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve piping hot.
