Reporter Eddie Brock’s carrier goes down in flames when he has a disastrous interview with Carlton Drake, head of the Life Foundation. Months later, Eddie is trying to keep his relationship with Anne together while still investigating what is going on at the foundation when he is infected with an alien symbiote aka Venom. With the symbiote becoming a new antihero, Eddie and Venom makes it their mission to stop Drake and his experiments. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching “Venom”.

· Anne walks out of the building after being fired from her job. She’s carrying a cardboard box when she stops and drops it on the sidewalk. A close-up view of the box shows items falling out and onto the sidewalk around it, including a white cup. The scene cuts to a farther view when Anne picks up the box after giving her engagement ring back to Eddie, and none of the items that originally fell out the box are on the sidewalk.

· Eddie tries to free Maria from the containment unit at the Life Foundation. Once she's free, Maria knocks Eddie to the ground, transferring the symbiote aka Venom to him before she falls to the ground. In the side view of Maria on the ground, her head is facing her right. Eddie says, “Oh no, Maria,” and she’s facing her left.

· Dr. Dora Skirth’s body is first shown on the floor. Her head is turned, facing her right shoulder. A few moments later, when Carlton Drake leaves the chamber, Dr. Skirth's head is facing up.

“Venom” (2018) stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Riz Ahmed, Scott Haze, Reid Scott, Jenny Slate, Melora Walters and Woody Harrelson. It runs 112 minutes and is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action, and for language.
