Question Concerning Last Week's Sweet Peas in Cold Curry Dip Recipe
One of our reader's asks the question concerning last week's Sweet Peas in Cold Curry Dip recipe "If I leave out the garlic from the Sweet Peas in Cold Curry Dip will it lose its zip?"

Yes, I am afraid that it will lose its zip but it can still be delicious. Add a little dill to the curry dip mixture and serve with cold sliced big beefsteak tomatoes. Don't use the kind that come already packaged 4 or 5 in the box. It's better to buy one or two really good ripe tomatoes. Less waste. Better taste. I think you will enjoy the dish this way as well. The cold peeled shrimp would be excellent with this.

For a more colorful dish substitute peas and carrots for the peas.

HINT: Double the dill curry dip. Put the extra in a small bowl and chill for 20 minutes or so. Spoon over the shrimp. Mmmm!
