Goldy's New Potato Salad

12 New red potatoes, boiled in their skin just until tender (15/20 mins.)

3/4 good mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

white pepper to taste

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill

whipping cream

____________________

1. Cool and quarter potatoes [in large mixing bowl]

2. Thin mayonnaise slightly with whipping cream

3. Add salt, white pepper, dill and garlic to mayo

[4. Spoon over potatoes. Mix gently]

Taste and correct seasoning if necessary. Chill before serving.

Serves 4


Good served with hamburgers or for a change grilled hot Italian Sausage.
