Stockings hung by the chimney with care are a traditional part of Christmas. Here are some stocking stuffer ideas for the low carbers in your life.

Sugar-Free Candy
There's no reason to ever eat sugar-filled candy or chocolate any more! The low carb versions out there are numerous - you can get gummy bears, mints, truffles, chocolate bars, you name it. Just about any type of candy you can imagine now has a sugar free version that is quite tasty. Here is my full list of review of candies. Most can be bought online, so you just click and they appear at your home!

Pedometer
A pedometer is a cool little device that you hang on your waistband while you walk, go about your chores, even go to the mall. It tells you how many miles you've walked during the day! It can really be fun to see how far you go, and to maybe do an extra bit of walking each day to increase your limits. I love my pedometer :)

Coupons to Local Museums
One of the keys of a successful low carb diet is that the person becomes more active. Walking is a great way to start - but it can seem boring to some just to "walk around". Give coupons to local museums, aquariums, science centers, etc. They can wear their pedometer there and see just how many miles they can cover while having fun!
