Their task is simple: to rob one of the world's most impenetrable banks to save an ailing father. Their methods are ingenius. Their plan is foolproof. And, they're not even old enough to drive. Maddy, Gus and Austin are three kids on a mission without permission.

Twelve-year old Maddy Phillips (Kristen Stewart) and her father, Tom (Sam Robards) were always adventurous and shared a passion for rock climbing. However, their adventure ended when the disastrous effect of a devastating accident on Mount Everest injures Tom's spine, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down forever. That is unless a very expensive operation is performed to repair the damage. Determined to procure the money to finance for her dad's surgery, Maddy enlists two of her best friends Gus (Max Thieriot) and Austin (Corbin Bleu) to help her pull off her wild plan to rob the local super, high-tech bank where her mohter, Molly (Jennifer Beals), works as the security chief. During the heist, they must work together to overcome high-tech security systems, guard dogs, a nasty head of security and a bank vault that is suspended 30 feet above the grount. Maddy is determined to get the money she needs to finance her father's surgery no matter what the obstacles.
