Hershey's Lite Syrup

Hershey's Lite Syrup
If you want to have a treat while working towards a healthy weight, there's no need to dump sugar into your system. Hershey's Lite Syrup is a tasty chocolate syrup that has half the calories of the normal stuff.

When I was growing up, I used to pour rivers of Hershey's chocolate syrup on my ice cream. This lite syrup is really a good substitution for anyone who wants to avoid sugar. It's a little thinner than the traditional chocolate syrup, but the flavor is just right. There are only 12g of carbs per 2 Tbsp with 10g of those being sugar.

If you think 12g is a lot, you should take a look at the NORMAL stats for chocolate syrup. There is a whopping 20g of sugar and 100 calories per 2 Tbsp! No wonder our world is gaining weight at such a record pace.

While in general it's best for you to train your palate to appreciate the healthier types of desserts (berries etc), if you want that chocolate fix, this is the perfect solution. It gets you the creamy chocolate flavor without the tooth-rotting, tummy-bulging sugar that goes with it.
