KozyShack Pudding

KozyShack Pudding
KozyShack offers no sugar added chocolate and vanilla puddings. They come in small plastic containers that are great for lunchbox use.

I'm a huge fan of pudding in general, and I have to say that I don't really like the "tapioca starch" flavor in these. But that's just me. My boyfriend and other tasters do enjoy them, and if you're a tapioca fan you might really love them.

The containers hold 4oz of pudding, perfect for a quick sweet treat after a meal. It's hard to determine the net carbs on this, though. The total carbs are 13g - with 3g of dietary fiber. So there might be 10g of sugar. They only claim 4g of sugars though. There's Splenda in it, though. So there could be 10g of carbs ... or maybe 4g of carbs.

In any case I'd eat this as a treat if you're on maintenance, but I wouldn't advise this for people on induction. Starting out on low carb is about weaning yourself off of sweet stuff and sugar - and that includes chocolate pudding :) On the other hand, it's perfect for kids and for healthy adults who want a treat after lunch!
