Jell-o Sugar Free Pudding

Jell-o Sugar Free Pudding
Here is the ultimate treat, if you're a chocolate fan! You get 50% less calories than normal pudding, with the same great chocolate taste. Why eat the sugary kind?

I had literally been waiting for this product for YEARS before it finally came out. Jell-o hooked up with Splenda to create a sugar free jello with only 60 calories / 6g net carbs per serving tub. Compare that with 130 calories / 25g carbs for a normal tub of pudding! It's no wonder the youth (and adults) of the modern world are getting chubby, considering how many gobble up these puddings as an occasional snack.

The one we buy is the 'swirl' which is a layered treat of chocolate, vanilla and chocolate. You can nibble through the layers separately, or boldly delve your spoon through the layers for a combined treat. The texture is just right - thick, rich, smooth. The flavors are great as well, with a creamy, chocolatey flavor for the chocolate part, and a gentle, light flavor on the vanilla part.

Really, when it comes down to it, eating anything like this is 'junk'. It's not like this is giving you nutrients, or much of anything else. It is something to help keep your sweet tooth happy, maybe provide some emotional comfort.

But if you ARE going to go for something like this vs eating a healthy dessert of fresh berries, at least don't go for the sugar-laden variety! By offering this sugar-free Jell-O, you get something that tastes really good, and keeps your healthy living on course.
