Children, such as Autistic, Crystal and Indigo kids can often run into challenges fitting in with the socially brazen demands of society. However, along with their sensitivities, comes an extra-ordinary ability to communicate. All we have to do is listen!

Today there are many different types of social disorders used to describe kids progressing at a slower pace. They range from ADD/ADHD to Autism. Within each of these spectrums are spiritually gifted kids just waiting to be heard.

Every child is gifted, but these kids who are ultimately challenged by their surroundings, seem to have an intuitive quality that is often overlooked.

With the amount of time and energy spent dealing with the demands of doctors visits, testing and therapy, even the most caring parent can face the ultimate challenge, stress. It is here, where a great deal of communication with the sensitive child is lost.

When one door closes another opens! In regards to our senses, it works pretty much the same way. Where we may have an individual that is visually impaired, hearing and touch sensations will increase to compensate. Children who develop at a later time, will turn to other mean of communication, if nothing more, than the will to survive.

To work successfuly with our children's attempts to communicate, we must first make certain our own thoughts are as clear and healthy as possible. If our minds are stressed with thoughts of our child’s idiosyncrasies and constant needs, we may begin noticing an exausting influence, instead of being open to whatever thoughts and images we could get from our child.

Asking for help from a spouse, significant other or family members can alleviate a great deal of this pressure, as well as networking and self informing. With a little room for ourselves, reinforcement and selfwareness, we will be very likely, not only to be there for those first few steps of communication, but able to build upon them for years to come.
