New Quick Chicken Wing Recipes

New Quick Chicken Wing Recipes
Everyone seems to love chicken wings, and since the introduction of Buffalo Wings from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, wings in all flavors have experienced an upsurge of popularity. It’s easy to serve several different types of wings at your next party as long as you have prepared the Basic Chicken Wing Module and have lots of wings stored in your freezer.

I recently taught a class on budget cooking (wings are cheap when purchased in 10 pound bags at warehouse stores) where I introduced this Basic Chicken Wing Module and showed my students several different kinds of wings. The following Asian Sticky Wings and Crispy Lemon Pepper Wings were the most popular; they were devoured by all in a matter of minutes.

Asian Sticky Wings

The inspiration for these fabulous wings comes from my friend Cheryl Fogg, who is an incredible cook; she serves these wings often at parties.
