It has been announced that LeAnn Rimes is going to host the third go round of "Nashville Star". LeAnn is one busy lady, she is promoting her Christmas CD, What a Wonderful World , has a new CD due out January 25th, This Woman, and just released her second childrens book, Jag's New Friend.



The show that has brought new talent to the recording studio such as Buddy Jewell and Brad Cotter is slated to start airing new episodes on March 25th with LeAnn replacing Nancy O'Dell as host. Fans of the show might remember that LeAnn was a special guest on the second season finale show. Hosting the show isn't going to have LeAnn on the road too much, she and her husband, Dean, live in Nashville where the show is taped.
