Comfort
Comfort deals with how physically snuggly you feel in your environment. Most of the time this means the chair you're on is comfortable, or that the bed you sleep in is soft. If you make sure that the time you spend reading or relaxing is done in a comfy chair, this is usually an easy one to take care of.
It is WELL worth it to upgrade your bed as soon as humanly possible to a very snuggly one. The faster you sleep, and the more comfortable it is, the more time you have available for other tasks.
