Shoot the few guys then follow Fat Chow down the street. You get told if you go the wrong way. There are tons of guys in the rain-soaked streets. You see him run up stairs and to the right. Shoot your way up to there. "He walked in as if he owned the place". You find a gambling den. Shoot up the place.

Tell the guy to open up. He calls out that there's a bounty on your head, more guys come in. You get the key to the cage from one of them. Unlock the cage and find him hiding. You find out Silt hangs out at the Black Orchid.

Armor and Health are in there - run out quickly to the door. A car comes in with bad guys. Shoot up a few and watch for the snipers. There's health to the left. Run down the alley and get to the gate in the fence.

Get into a taxi. "Where to?" "Black Orchid." It's a massage parlor. You have to hand over your weapons. "Something smelled fishy and it wasn't the sushi bar."You have to slug it out with goons. You find goons and cringing Chinese girls in various rooms. You find a room that's locked and it says you need your guns back. Go back to the central area and Horse appears. You fight him for your guns. Now go back in for Silt.

Gopher told him to run down anyone who came out except Tattoo. Girl shows up and says she killed Silt because Mayhem Inc. killed her brother. She says Patch is a Mayhem boss, performance artist. Hard to find. Now you're attacked.

It's the call girls - shoow them all but don't take out your new friend, Eve! Kill Lotus and you get out.

Now you're on the street. Use Shadow, watch Eve's health meter. "The hit girl needs my help." Isn't she a Hit Woman? :)

you take out the group. You get Eve's card. "Eve Adams" You're at the Den of Iniquity. Now you go to your dad's grave. You hear from the stripper that she's now a waitress and that your dad was working on looking up the mayor's life.
