Dungeon Keeper Walkthrough: Tulipscent

This level has you on the top with evil guys to the south. Be very careful when building out - there's water all along the top and if you "break into the open" into the water, you get hit with some nasty guys. Make sure you always fortify what you build. Go after the gold to the right first; the left is open onto the water. Make sure you leave a spot for a temple, and fortify each area you build. Train your guys up well.

The trick is to get the enemy to come through the "trap central" in the middle of the board (which you own). When you've exhausted the right gold, dig to the gold at the bottom of the map (either left or right gold) from the *side* corridors. Make the enemy then have to come up the central hallway through all the traps if they want to get to you. The first set should get killed by the infamous rolly ball. You can pretty much zap and fight the second set the normal way.

By then you have enough creatures to take the top-left gold. There are bunches of enemies on the island to the left, plus a multi-creature gem. To the right is a ressurect. The bottom of the map is a real keeper's lair - wait until last to get through to him. In the bottom left is a transfer gem - it's protected by balls so have a door ready to put in front of it to smash it on. That's about it! Open any other doors one by one, so you can pit your entire force against the various 'monsters' behind them.
