Dungeon Keeper Walkthrough: Blaise End

This is a tricky one. It's you against a keeper or two and roving bands of evil (good) warriors. The trick is to fortify (yet again). REALLY fast, fortify corridors straight west and east to protect your whole lower area. Then fortify a corridor up to the gold on the right side of the "circle" above you. If you do this really fast, and then only mine out the "inside" of the gold field (because the evil miners won't mine through gold), you've got lots of money and a safe area until *you* are ready to face them.

Train up your guys. Research everything. Eventually, when you're out of gold, build a series of traps and doors of the north corridor and then open up the "top" to go for the other gold. You'll be hit by wave after wave of enemy, but by now you should be able to fight them (and they'll have to go through tons of traps to get to your real area). There's a reveal map in the top left, and various gold and trap bonuses scattered all over. A steal hero is in the small room above the central portal (along with tons of guards). Just work your way through the enemy, opening one door at a time since some have OODLES of fighters behind them.

The complex to the north is the hardest - there are lots of monsters and wendy paths with traps. By then you should have a really strong force ... just be patient and fight your way through. There are gems up there so you'll have enough money, just do it! Again, no transfer gem for Level 19.

If you're really stuck, here is a save game just after I've tunnelled to that gold on the right. You should be able to take it from here - remember not to open any of the gold walls up until you're ready!!
